I went and saw Karen with a VERY sore hip. I was at the point that if someone had told me to eat grass for a week because that would have relieved the pain.. I would have done it! Thankfully I ran into Karen at the right time and I can not tell you how amazing she is! I currently have no pain, slept all night even rolling on it and ran this morning pain free... I'm completely blown away! Also the calm and relaxation I felt afterwards was something I have never felt before. I would recommend Karen to anyone that has ANY issues going on!! She's amazing!!!
